About The Position

East Penn is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Support Clerk to efficiently and accurately assist the accounts receivable personnel on a daily basis.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent
• Proficient math skills
• Proficient proofreading skills
• Working knowledge of office equipment
• Working knowledge of the internet
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Basic working knowledge of excel, outlook
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers (either in person or phone or email)

Responsibilities

• Answer and handle all phone calls requesting copies of invoices and credits. Other calls would be directed to the responsible person.
• Update various Excel files daily.
• Prepare all CAT junk RGR's for input by data entry which includes maintaining the file and submitting all check requests to Accounts Payable.
• Download whatever internet files are needed by accounts receivable personnel to maintain their accounts.
• Assist with the Daimler junk credits.
• Assist with account maintenance.
• Gather Sales Tax Exemption forms from various customers.
• Maintains regular attendance.
• Ability to work mandatory over time.
• Performs other duties as requested.
• Responsible for producing a high quality product.
• Responsible for proper hygiene, housekeeping, and safety practices. These tasks are considered essential elements of the job.
