Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
- Excellent time management and organization skills to meet numerous deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task and perform work accurately and thoroughly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- 10-key entry experience.
- Mathematical knowledge and skills.
- Punctuality and good attendance a must.
- Computer efficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite or AS400 a plus
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Performs daily check payment application to customer accounts.
- Create, process, and apply credit memos to customer accounts.
- Review customer applications to ensure completion and accuracy.
- Data entry of customer information to create customer accounts.
- Ensures compliance with industry regulations and established credit policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
