About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to support full-cycle AR operations, including B2B collections, cash application, account reconciliations, and dispute resolution. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, reducing past-due balances, improving cash flow, and ensuring accurate account maintenance.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or related accounting functions.
Strong background in full-cycle AR, B2B collections, and reconciliations.
Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and SUMIFS.
Experience with JD Edwards, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Relevant experience preferred over degree

Responsibilities

Manage customer accounts and monitor aging, payment activity, disputes, and collection efforts.
Conduct B2B collections and follow up on past-due balances.
Apply cash, credits, and adjustments accurately; resolve unapplied cash issues.
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, deductions, and payment disputes.
Perform account reconciliations and support month-end close activities.
Monitor intercompany receivables and assist with resolving outstanding balances.
Prepare aging reports and provide updates on collection performance and account risks.
Maintain detailed documentation of customer communications and collection activities.
