Requirements

• Ability to learn and willingness to adapt
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Excel, and Word
• Highschool diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

• Coursework or interest in accounting, finance, or business a plus

Responsibilities

• Apply and process customer payments accurately and on time
• Communicate with customers to resolve invoice questions
• Assist with collections in a professional, customer-focused manner
• Request and issue refunds, credits and apply accordingly
• Prepare customer statements and basic reports
• Support additional accounting functions as you grow in the role
