Requirements
- Proven experience in healthcare accounts receivable and billing
- Strong knowledge of NY Medicare, NY Medicaid, and out-of-network commercial accounts
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with billing software and systems

- Passion for healthcare billing and collections
- Experience working with NY Medicare, NY Medicaid, and out-of-network commercial accounts
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage Good Faith Estimates in accordance with the latest regulations
- Handle pre-service collections with professionalism and empathy
- Keep accurate and detailed records of accounts receivable transactions
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams in both English and Spanish
- Support our financial operations with precise documentation and timely follow-up
