About The Position

Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for an Accounts Receivable Clerk at our main office in Minden, Nevada. Minden, NV is a small town located in the western part of Nevada, In the Carson Valley, about 15 miles south of Carson City and roughly 45 south of Reno. It serves as the county seat of Douglas County. The area is known for its picturesque landscapes, characterized by the backdrop of the Sierra Nevada Mountains to the west and the Carson Range to the east. Minden itself is a charming, historic town with a population of just under 4,000 people. After 40 years of improving the lives of youth, we are looking for passionate advocates to continue the legacy of helping young people become successful adults. Requirements

Possess a high school diploma
Prior experience in accounts receivable, authorizations, invoicing, collections, and payment applications
Proficient in MS office and Excel
organized and detail oriented
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry

produce, interpret and analyze receivable reports

day-to-day administrative business relating to the activities required to manage accounts receivable
