About The Position

MSI Metro Sales Inc. is seeking an Employee-Owner, Accounts Receivable Representative to join our team in our Burnsville, MN headquarters. This position provides support for customer inquiries, contacting customers and collecting payments on business accounts. Act as a backup on other administrative tasks such posting checks, credit cards, and ACH payments to accounts. MSI Metro Sales Inc. will provide the support and training you need to personally and professionally succeed in this role. Requirements

HS diploma, GED or equivalent
1+ years prior experience in Accounts receivable
2+ years in a customer service call center environment
Relocation is not budgeted for this role; local candidates will be given priority consideration.

Responsibilities

Ability to make approximately 200+ contacts per week and send letters or emails on past due accounts.
Answering customer service line emails and phone calls and assisting customers with inquiries and issues.
Participate in personal development activities for self-improvement.
Potential for additional administrative tasks/special projects as assigned.
Posting checks, credit card and ACH payments and reconcile customer accounts.
Collecting and distributing mail.
