About The Position

Eastlink is seeking an Accounts Receivable Representative to service customers across Canada. This is a remote position that operates within a call center environment, focusing on customer collections and credit functions for both Wireless and Wireline services, as well as Link Bermuda. The role involves working with customers who have overdue accounts, negotiating payment arrangements with sound judgment, and delivering high-quality customer service. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, processing billing adjustments, and meeting call volume, collections, and quality targets. Maintaining accurate and detailed account notes is also crucial.
