About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a full-time Accounts Receivable Rep in our Insurance Follow-Up department! In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring accurate billing and reimbursement processes while supporting our patients and internal teams. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of work experience, preferably in a medical facility, insurance company, or office setting
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Successful completion of core competency testing for Accounts Receivable Representatives after training
• Must reside in WI, MN, or IA

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with medical billing and third-party payor processes is a plus
