About The Position

Culligan Water is seeking a detail-oriented professional with experience in accounts receivable and customer relations. The primary responsibilities for this position include managing customer invoicing, billing, and the collection of outstanding balances. Additionally, the role involves assisting with bank deposits and ensuring the maintenance of accurate financial records to facilitate prompt payment processing. Prior accounting experience is highly preferred. The Customer Service Representative works directly with the customers to ensure the satisfaction of every household, every day. Interacting with customers to provide assistance with purchase of products and supplies. You will assist in resolving problems and be the support for any needs. Ensure that each conversation is a positive and successful interaction. Should be detail-oriented, organized, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. The CSR will be answering customer inquiries, making account changes or updates and gathering information. Assistance with scheduling technicians and daily overview of the schedule to assist other CSR's in the office.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience required
  • Strong time management, attention to detail and computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Prior accounting experience is highly preferred
  • detail-oriented, organized, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills
