Requirements

2 or more years in real estate or related field with solid Accounts Receivable experience
Demonstrates familiarity with accounting concepts and best business practices in an accounts receivable environment
Detail-oriented - strong analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong time management and ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Nice To Haves

MRI experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Work with a terrific leader and handle the day-to-day transactions
Reconcile receivable data and promptly update the tenant records
Assist in ensuring that payment receipts and charges are processed timely and accurately
Open, sort, and distribute daily mail
Process rent checks
Review and post electronic payments
Review tenant's accounts, confirm payment applications, and ensure records are applied appropriately
Research and resolves accounts payment discrepancies
Work collaboratively with the internal teams
Maintain communication with bank personnel regarding deposits, as needed
Review documentation for new leases
