About The Position

Utah Testing and Engineering, a subsidiary of Sunrise Engineering, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to support our growing organization in our Fillmore office. This is a position that will work 30-40 hours a week and will be paid $23 –$26 per hour depending on experience. Requirements

Attention to detail and a systematic approach to rectifying any discrepancies.
Ability to verify the accuracy of processed work and ensure its alignment with system-generated reports and balance figures.
2-5 years of proven accounting experience.
College degree in accounting (not required but a strong plus).

Responsibilities

Reconciling processed transactions by cross-referencing entries and comparing them against the reported balances, ensuring the integrity of financial records.
Preparing and analyzing invoices.
Working with project managers to allocate time and expenses accurately to designated accounts and cost centers.
Maintaining accounting ledgers.
Verifying client accounts.
Posting account transactions.
Assisting team members with different accounting support needs.
