The Accounts Receivable/Cashier is responsible for the timely collection of receivables, prepares daily deposits, reconciles cash and credit transactions, and maintains detailed and organized financial records. The Accounts Receivable/Cashier works closely with internal departments and external Salvation Army locations to resolve discrepancies, apply payments correctly, and support the organization’s overall financial health.
