This position is onsite at our Corporate location in Tulsa, Oklahoma SUMMARY: The Accounts Receivable, Administrative Supervisor provides direction and oversight to department administrative and cash application efforts.

Requirements

  • Proficient with the use of computer software specific to the operation (Excel, Commerce Center, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail, with focus on accuracy
  • Proficient time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Demonstrate problem solving and analytical skills
  • Proven leadership skills
  • BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred
  • Four (4) to Six (6) years of accounts receivable and/or general accounting experience
  • Two plus years supervisory experience

  • Experience in Prophet 21 desirable

Responsibilities

  • Personally exhibits, recruits and coaches associates consistent with Core Behaviors
  • Responsible for promoting culture of safety
  • Directly responsible for US personnel Cash Application and AR Administrative new hire orientation and training.
  • Direct US and PH administrative and cash application daily activity.
  • Assist AR Manager in creating, documenting, and updating administrative and cash application SOP’s.
  • Ensures interdepartmental and intradepartmental compliance with AR SOP’s.
  • Evaluate AR Administrative and Cash Application Specialist performance.
  • Liaise with sales personnel regarding customer special handling requests.
  • Manage customer-related master data requests, updates and projects.
  • Coordinate communication with accounting team regarding GL inquiries, reconciliation requests, etc.
  • Assist AR Manager in developing, tracking, achieving, and reporting department KPI’s.
  • Maintain strong working day to day knowledge of BlackHawk ERP system as it relates to AR functionality.
  • Maintain strong working day-to-day knowledge of departmental applications and reporting portals: Sharepoint, Service Now, Web Query, Custom Consolidation reports, etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Perform all work in accordance with ISO processes and procedures.
