Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable roles.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming invoices and outgoing payments efficiently.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve any billing inquiries or payment issues quickly.
- Collaborate with the finance team to support month-end and year-end closing processes.
