About The Position

Raymus Homes is seeking a full-time Accounts Payable / Accounting Assistant to join their team. This role involves managing accounts payable tasks, including check runs, coding, bank reconciliation, data entry, and filing. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a heavy payables role, able to work independently, and capable of multi-tasking. Raymus Homes is a third-generation local builder in Manteca, known for designing, building, and selling high-quality homes in the Central Valley of California, with a corporate culture focused on quality and doing things right the first time.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of accounts payable experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be comfortable in a heavy payables role
• Must have clean driving record / be able to be covered by Raymus Homes Vehicle Insurance Policy
• Must be able to lift and move 30 pounds
