Requirements

Typing, calculator, general computer skills a must
Basic knowledge of 10-key functions
Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Strong mathematical skills
Ability to maintain professionalism under stress and fluctuating workload
Attention to detail, teamwork, and effective communication imperative
Must be able to meet company’s requirements for employment including background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

Automotive/Dealership experience highly preferred

Responsibilities

Responsible for Accounts Payable . This includes: Coding and posting of invoices
Reconciling general ledger to vendor statements
Obtaining missing invoices
Writing and mailing vendor checks, scanning vendor checks
Creating new vendors in accounting system and determining 1099 status
Posting to and reconciling Intercompany accounts
Responding to basic customer service requests
Attending department meetings as requested
