Requirements

• Previous experience in accounts payable or related financial role preferred.

• Good communication skills for interacting with vendors and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
• Prepare payments by verifying documentation and accounting codes.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor files and ensure timely payments.
• Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to resolve payment issues.
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting related to accounts payable.
