Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong math skills and attention to detail
- Clerical or office experience preferred
- Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Dependable, accurate, and able to work independently while collaborating with the team
Responsibilities
- Process and pay vendor invoices accurately and on time
- Respond to questions from vendors and team members regarding invoices and payments
- Follow up on vendor statements and resolve past-due invoices
- Maintain petty cash records
- Assist with the monthly accounts payable closing process
- Keep organized and accurate financial records
