Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Multi-entity and multi-currency experience.
• Experience with Sage X3, Concur, or similar ERP/AP systems.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Knowledge of GL coding, PO/non-PO processing, accruals, and reconciliations.

Nice To Haves

• International banking experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Process PO and non-PO invoices, payment requests, and bank transactions.
• Review invoices for proper coding, approvals, and documentation.
• Execute EFT, ACH, wire, cheque, and international payments.
• Support domestic and international banking activities.
• Prepare month-end accruals and assist with financial close.
• Reconcile supplier statements, bank accounts, and AP balances.
• Investigate payment discrepancies and vendor inquiries.
• Prepare AP aging reports and monitor outstanding items.
• Support audits, internal controls, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with operations, vendors, banks, and finance teams.
