This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kick-start their career in accounting. You will work closely with our accounting team to process invoices, reconcile vendor accounts, and assist with other tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
• Match invoices with purchase orders
• Verify invoice accuracy, including proper authorization and coding
• Prepare and perform weekly check runs
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies
• Assist with month-end close procedures as needed
• Provide support to the accounting team with ad-hoc projects and tasks
