About The Position

Wallwork Truck Center is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team! If you’re detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoy working with numbers in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with GL account reconciliation
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Great organizational and communication skills
• Dependable, team-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and ensure bills are paid accurately and on time
• Capture available vendor discounts
• Review and verify proper GL coding and approvals
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records
• Work closely with vendors and internal departments
• Help keep our AP processes organized and running smoothly
