About The Position
A leading management organization is looking for an accounts payable specialist to join their team and support their CFO! The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of invoicing experience, strong Excel knowledge and great communication skills. This position is moving extremely fast as this is an urgent need for the client.
Requirements
- 2+ years of invoicing experience
- Strong MS Excel knowledge
- Great communication skills
Responsibilities
- Handle all payments to vendor
- Expense reports
- Apply credit cards payments
- Validate all product documents are received in properly
- Match invoices to ensure accuracy
- Download and scan in physical invoices
- Administrative and support duties for the CFO
- AR responsibilities
