About The Position

Summary Processing high volume of incoming payable invoices by completing 2-way or 3-way match as needed. Reconciles vendor statements with recorded payable entries and may require contacting vendors directly to discuss any discrepancies. Using office-automated systems to input data, generate reports and complete specialized projects as needed. Communicate with internal departments to research outstanding issues. Reconcile balancing accounts. Monday – Friday 8 – 4:30; 100% on-site Job Description Specific Functions or Duties • Review customer statements • Process returned payments • Review blocked payments • Process sales tax adjustments • Prepare quarterly accrual reports • Enter payment requests in various systems • Research GRIR discrepancies • Meets specific deadlines for month end and accounting close calendar. Education and Experience • Experience with manufacturing • 2+ years of accounting experience • Associate’s degree (or related experience) . Experience with manufacturing
