This position reports to the Accounts Payable Manager and interacts with multiple departments.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable (required)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (including advanced knowledge of Excel)
- Proficiency with accounting software
- Ability to use 10-key calculators
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written, verbal, and oral skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule

Responsibilities
- Ensures invoices are paid in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensures accurate filing and storage of records
- Performs other related duties as assigned
