This position reports to the Accounts Payable Manager and interacts with multiple departments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable (required)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (including advanced knowledge of Excel)
  • Proficiency with accounting software
  • Ability to use 10-key calculators
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written, verbal, and oral skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Ensures invoices are paid in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensures accurate filing and storage of records
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
