About The Position

E4A Solutions, a subsidiary of Riot Platforms, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage end-to-end accounts payable operations. This role involves ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, preparing and reviewing expense reports, and posting journal entries for month-end close. The specialist will also reconcile accounts, research discrepancies, maintain vendor relationships, and support financial reporting and audits.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in Finance and Accounting with experience supporting accounts payable operations.
• Proficiency in accounting or ERP software and strong MS Excel skills.
• Demonstrated analytical skills to interpret financial data and resolve discrepancies.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative, professional approach with vendors and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices.
• Prepare and review expense reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper coding.
• Prepare and post journal entries related to payables and month-end close activities.
• Reconcile accounts and research discrepancies using strong analytical skills.
• Maintain vendor relationships and communicate professionally regarding payment status and inquiries.
• Support financial reporting and assist with audits as needed.
