Position Summary The Accounts Payable Manager oversees the full-cycle accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing, strong internal controls, vendor relationship management, and support of monthly financial reporting. This role utilizes Ottimate (AI-driven AP automation software) and QuickBooks to manage and optimize the company’s payables operations.

Requirements

5 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a multi-entity or hospitality environment
Strong knowledge of accounting principles
Proficiency in Excel, Word and MS Outlook
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong vendor management skills
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field a plus
Experience with QuickBooks and/or Ottimate software a plus

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle accounts payable process and Ottimate software
Collaborate with property managers and regional operations to ensure accurate and efficient processing of invoices and expenses
Ensure timely payment of vendors in accordance with company policy
Maintain vendor setup, W-9s, and 1099 reporting compliance
Ensure proper expense coding and accuracy
Monitor aging reports and resolve discrepancies
Strengthen and maintain internal controls over disbursements
Support audits and provide requested documentation
Identify opportunities for process improvement
Maintain confidentiality and security of financial information
Perform additional duties assigned by the Chief Financial Officer or Corporate Accounting leadership
