About The Position

Qualified individuals must have very good math skills, strong work ethic, and attention to detail. This is a full-time position and located within the Distribution department at Hobby Lobby’s corporate offices in Oklahoma City.

Requirements

• Previous accounting/office experience
• Strong in Microsoft Office
• Organization
• Aptitude for working with numbers and strong analytical skills (10) Key preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to use calculators and maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity
• Able to work well individually and within a team
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must Pass drug test
• Must Pass background check

Nice To Haves

• Must understand how to work complicated numbers
• Attention to detail and accuracy is essential
• This position requires skill, accuracy, and a desire to work these proficiently and efficiently

Responsibilities

• Ability to work with vendors/buyers and work with their invoices for payment
• Answer phone calls, organize files, and maintain accurate records
