Requirements

Previous experience in accounts payable or accounting preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Proficiency in Google workspace.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
Verify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and receipts.
Ensure timely payments to vendors while maintaining positive vendor relationships.
Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
