About The Position

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk who can help support our finance team in facilitating our vision of youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility for all.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in accounts payable
  • Experience working in a matrix organization or a multi-location organization
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and vendors
  • Experience with ERP systems and other accounting software

Responsibilities

  • Assist with processing a high volume of vendor invoices ensuring accuracy and timely payments
  • Assist with processing employee expense reports
  • Assist with the payment process (checks, ACH, wire transfers) and related delivery thereof
  • Maintain vendor files ensuring proper documentation for compliance
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely recording of all AP transactions
  • Assist with audits by providing documentation and explanations related to accounts payable
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
  • Assist with payroll related programs such as Concur, Daily Pay, Wisely, Advanced Scheduler and others as needed
  • Assist with other duties and projects as requested
