The Accounts Payable & Billing Manager is responsible for leading end ‑ to ‑ end operations of the payables & billing functions, building a metric ‑ driven dashboard and monitoring framework, managing a team of 9–10, and driving continuous process improvement across claims, statement reviews, invoice exception handling, & manual invoice processing. The Accounts Payable & Billing Manager oversees daily AP & Billing operations, ensuring timely, accurate processing of invoices, credits, claims, and payments in alignment with company policies and internal controls. This role partners closely with internal partners to support smooth purchasing ‑ to ‑ payment workflows and reliable vendor relationships. The manager leads a team of 9–10 AP & Billing specialists/coordinators, using a KPI ‑ based dashboard to monitor throughput, quality, and service levels, and to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
