About The Position

Bill Jacobs Motorsport is seeking an Accounting / Accounts Payable Associate to join their growing team. Requirements

2-3 years in an office/accounting environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Professional demeanor and communication skills
Sense of urgency and accuracy in a high-volume setting
Careful attention to detail. Accuracy, precision, and thoroughness in tasks.
Dependability and commitment to meeting obligations.
Structured and systems-oriented mindset.
Proficiency with detail, given adequate training and time.

Dealership experience preferred
CDK experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Ensuring all vendor invoices are received and accurately accounted for in the correct time period.
Ensuring all payments are made on time, preparing both monthly check runs and On Demand checks, as needed.
Ensuring compliance with Company policies for vendor approval, collecting W9’s, issuing W9’s, etc.
Reconciliation of vendor statements and accounts payable schedules for monthly reporting.
