Requirements

• Minimum of 2–3 years in accounts payable or general accounting.
• High school diploma required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is your best friend).
• A solid grasp of basic accounting principles and strong analytical skills.
• An obsession with detail and organizational excellence.

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s degree in Accounting is a major plus!

Responsibilities

• Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices, check requests, and expense reports.
• Reconcile invoice discrepancies and audit credit card bills to ensure every cent is accounted for.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, building trust through professional and timely responses.
• Maintain a high volume of vendor accounts, ensuring 100% compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform monthly reconciliations.
• Manage heavy data entry with high-level accuracy.
• Handle a dynamic environment with frequent interruptions and shifting priorities.
• Work independently to meet tight deadlines.
