About The Position

VARITE is seeking a qualified Accounts Payable Assistant (A/P) for a temporary, onsite position in Fairfield, NJ. The client is a leading outdoor advertising company specializing in OOH advertising solutions. Requirements

• Good Accounts Payable (A/P) experience.
• Experience with A/P systems, Oracle Fusion preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Very organized and detail-oriented.

Nice To Haves

• Associates degree or post high school education/training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with a high volume of invoices in Oracle Fusion.
• Checking that all information on the invoice is entered correctly into Oracle Fusion.
• Reviewing and organizing data in Excel.
