About The Position
As the Accounts Payable Administrator, you will ensure accurate and timely execution of foundational AP tasks including vendor onboarding via Graphite Connect, invoice capture through Kofax, and initial invoice routing in Laserfiche. Support payment processing workflows and maintain clear documentation to uphold compliance and operational efficiency.

- Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Microsoft 365 applications

- Ability to work independently and within a team is key
- Accounts payable experience ranging from 0 to 2 years
Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage the supplier onboarding activation list in Graphite Connect.
- Activate suppliers in Graphite Connect and QAD, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Capture supplier invoices in Kofax to ensure timely processing.
- Correspond with suppliers and internal teams to resolve basic invoice format issues.
- Assist with maintenance of administrative and duplicate folders in Laserfiche.
- Execute manual and zero vouchering with supervision.
- Load and execute both test payments and discount payments in banking portals.
- Review and investigate vendors on payment hold where balances are outstanding.
- Respond to basic inquiries in the AP inbox.
- Recover supplier credits through direct communication with suppliers
