About The Position

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts Payable Administrator with hands‑on Coupa experience to provide transactional and administrative support for a temporary assignment of approximately six months. This role will play a key part in supporting day‑to‑day invoicing and expense processes while serving as a primary point of contact between vendors and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Prior hands‑on experience working in Coupa
  • Experience with accounts payable, invoice processing, and expense management
  • Strong attention to detail with solid problem‑solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
  • Professional communication skills for working with suppliers and internal stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in accounting, finance, or administrative support roles
  • Experience supporting high‑volume, transactional accounting environments
  • Familiarity with purchase orders, reconciliations, vendor communication, and invoice coding

Responsibilities

  • Submit, review, and process supplier invoices in Coupa
  • Review and approve employee expense reports for accuracy and policy compliance
  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Respond to inquiries from suppliers and internal employees regarding invoices, expenses, and payment status
  • Ensure all transactions are accurate, properly coded, and completed within established timelines
  • Maintain compliance with internal controls and procure‑to‑pay procedures
  • Provide general administrative support related to accounts payable and procure‑to‑pay activities
