Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in a high-growth environment
• Demonstrated track record of consistent quota attainment and overachievement
• Experience managing enterprise and/or mid-market sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to articulate the value of AI, data, or intelligence-driven solutions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with executive-level stakeholders
• Proven ability to navigate complex organizations and drive consensus across decision-makers
• Self-starter mindset with strong pipeline discipline and forecasting accuracy
• A hunter-operator hybrid who thrives on both creating pipeline and closing complex deals
• Commercially sharp, with the ability to translate sophisticated technology into clear business outcomes
• Naturally curious, with an interest in global events, risk, and intelligence-driven decision-making
• Highly collaborative, able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Resilient and adaptable, comfortable navigating ambiguity in a high-growth AI company

Nice To Haves

• Experience selling into industries such as supply chain, financial services, or risk/intelligence domains
• Familiarity with Palantir, data platforms, or advanced analytics solutions
• Experience in consultative or value-based selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger)
• Background in intelligence, geopolitics, or security-related fields

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute outbound and inbound pipeline generation strategies across enterprise and mid-market accounts
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, consistently meeting or exceeding quota targets
• Lead complex deal cycles in partnership with sales leadership, solutions engineering, and cross-functional teams
• Drive adoption of AiiA core products across industries such as supply chain, financial services, and global enterprises
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders, positioning AiiA as a strategic intelligence partner
• Collaborate with clients and forward-deployed teams to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, and long-term retention post-sale
• Manage territory planning, account prioritization, and pipeline forecasting with accuracy and discipline
• Provide market feedback to product and leadership teams to inform go-to-market strategy and product evolution
• Protect the data and systems of Crisis24 and its stakeholders by adhering to policies, reporting incidents and potential problems, completing regular training, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
