Are you ready to play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing capital projects? In this dynamic position within the division’s Project Control section, you’ll be at the heart of financial operations, ensuring accuracy and transparency across major initiatives. What You’ll Do: In this role, you will analyze capital project data and IRIS financial records to ensure accurate and complete financial reporting. You will reconcile funding, expenditures, revenues, and adjusting journal entries (AJEs/CH8s) across accounting systems, projects, and appropriations. You will also maintain project financial data, develop Microsoft Access reports, and partner with project managers to analyze expenditures, support project management, and ensure timely revenue collection.
