Accounting & Tax Compliance Analyst

About The Position
The associate assists with accounting projects to analyze potential and executed transactions, new accounting standards, accounting policy management and participate in special projects. Therefore, the associate must consult with other functions and finance areas on accounting determinations prior to the execution of certain transactions and help with the timely and accurate communication of accounting treatment of potential transactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Advanced business and technical English language.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong drive on analyzing data
Responsibilities
- Strong and hand-on experience utilizing SAP FI/CO, MM.
- Advance knowledge in Mexican accounting standards and USGGAP.
- Keep up to date with federal and state taxes and other accounting required regulations.
- Responsible for monthly tax and annual filings for federal taxes (VAT & Income Tax) and local contributions.
- Prepare the information for the VAT tax returns.
