We're looking for an experienced Accounting Supervisor to lead our accounting team, improve processes, and support the continued growth of our business. Requirements
- 7+ years of accounting experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of AP, AR, General Ledger, and Excel
- ERP experience (Sage is a plus)
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing or distribution experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of the Accounting Department
- Supervise Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Billing
- Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
- Improve accounting processes and internal controls
- Coach and develop the accounting team
- Partner with leadership to drive operational excellence
