The Division of Business and Finance (DBF) is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Accounting Supervisor 1. Responsible for financial operations by analyzing and reviewing the available funding for processing of manual invoices, payments, and both Inter and Intra agency transfer. Develop and implement new processes and procedures to enhance workflow and productivity in order to ensure that all payments and reconciliations are processed within scheduled time frames. Oversee, monitor, and train accounting staff to ensure that all health plans and provider’s payments and reports are finalized in a timely manner. Analyze and review the available funding for processing of manual invoices, payments, and both Inter and Intra agency transfers. Manage and oversee sister agencies’ reconciliations of their sub funds for revenues and expenditures. Develop and implement new processes and procedures to enhance workflow and productivity in order to ensure that all payments and reconciliations are processed within scheduled timeframes. This is primarily an in-office position. Employees may be eligible to work from home up to two business days per week , with the remaining days expected to be worked on-site.
