Requirements
- 1-3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or finance experience
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliations
- Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Multi-entity experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, vendor statements, and general ledger accounts
- Review invoices, expenses, and financial records for accuracy
- Maintain vendor records, W-9s, and 1099 reporting
- Research and resolve discrepancies
- Support audits and financial reporting
- Partner with teams across the organization to keep financial operations running smoothly
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
