Requirements

Commensurate business experience of 1 – 3 years of experience in a similar role
Service oriented individual with strong communication skills to work with Project Managers and external clients
Strong overall ERP skills and specifically related to project management and customer invoicing
Intermediate Excel skills required with the willingness to move to the mastery level
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Ability to receive direction, work independently and move forward as part of a team
Well organized, analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Generate invoices for clients based on projects and billed work
Work with engineers to ensure their timesheets are accurately entered
Responding to email requests and calls from Clients and Project Managers
Project Lifecycle Management - setting up, funding, billing, closing
Processing Purchase Orders
Accurately post and allocate incoming payments against respective invoices
Perform checks and analyze reports to ensure billing accuracy
Month-end general ledger account reconciliations and other closing processes as assigned
Assist leadership with reporting
Assist with on demand analysis requests
