About The Position

CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee-owned mission focused solutions and digital transformation company, is looking for an Accounting Specialist/AP. As the Accounting Specialist/AP, we are looking for someone who is able to independently manage all of the AP processes, verify the accuracy of vendor invoices, prepare accounts payable vouchers to include approvals and account codings, review and process expense reports, perform weekly check runs, process monthly subcontractor timesheets, work on process improvements, and perform other duties as assigned.
