We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting/Payroll Assistant to process payroll, provide accounts payable support including inventory accounts payable, and benefits admin support in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. This is a full-time, on-site position five days a week. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of payroll experience along with accounts payable and general administrative support within HR or accounting functions.
