HiFyve is hiring an Accounting Operations Manager for a growing organization where you'll report directly to the CFO and have the autonomy to improve accounting operations, strengthen processes, and help scale the business. Requirements

• 3+ years of accounting leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, month-end close, GL, reconciliations, AR/AP, and financial reporting
• Experience building or improving accounting processes
• Hands-on leader who enjoys solving problems and creating structure

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Property management or real estate accounting experience is a plus—not required

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end close process
• Lead general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Improve AR/AP workflows and accounting processes
• Develop internal controls and scalable accounting procedures
• Create KPI reporting and operational dashboards
• Coach and lead a small accounting team
• Partner directly with the CFO to improve finance operations
