Manages contracting needs for various shared service departments in the organization. Serves as the primary point of contact for a diverse set of contracts. Collaborates with internal stakeholders, including Procurement, Finance, and Legal, to facilitate contract approvals and signatures. Briefs management on budgetary matters. Leads daily and monthly administrative tasks such as Purchase Order (PO) and vendor invoice management. Calculates month-end accruals and prepares journal entries. Assists in the analysis of month-end performance to budget. Provides data management and analytical support between Shared Service and Finance departments. This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.
