About The Position

Accounting focuses on internal management financial reporting including: cost accounting (allocating and analyzing direct and indirect costs, actual vs. budgeted cost variance analysis, etc.); budget accounting (developing and monitoring annual revenue/expense budgets for the purpose of controlling funds and measuring operating results).

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• at least 2 years of related experience

Responsibilities

• Manages contracting needs for various shared service departments in the organization
• Serve as the primary point of contact for diverse set of contracts
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders, including Procurement, Finance and Legal to facilitate contract approvals and signatures
• Briefs management on budgetary matters
• Lead daily and monthly administrative tasks such as Purchase Order (PO) and vendor invoice management
• Calculate month-end accruals and prepare journal entries
• Assist in analysis of month-end performance to budget
• Provide data management and analytical support between Shared Service and Finance departments
