About The Position
The Accounting Analyst supports daily accounting operations by processing transactions, maintaining financial records, and ensuring accurate billing, payments, and reconciliations. This is a full-time, on-site position, Monday through Friday, from 8am to 4:30pm.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative

- Accounting experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Reconcile commission statements
- Process vendor and carrier payables
- Invoice customer insurance premiums
- Record agency revenue deposits
- Post customer and carrier premium payments
