About The Position
Li Rising Enviro Tech LLC dba Re-Teck, a Litong Group subsidiary based in Union City CA, provides global solutions for the Technology, Electronics, and Telecom (TET) sector. Specializing in reverse supply chain optimization, we partner with our clients to enhance their world-wide supply chains, adapt to industry changes, and maximize value-chain efficiency. Our portfolios cover Telecom Equipment & Infrastructure, Enterprise & Cloud Computing, Personal & Mobile Devices, EV Batteries, Energy Storage Systems, and Smart Devices & Applications. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations, reporting, and compliance. This role is responsible for managing accounting processes, financial planning, and ensuring the company's financial health. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred)
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g. Sage, SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle)
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

- Bilingual language (English and Mandarin) a plus
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger.
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and internal financial policies.
- Manager month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Lead financial audits and liaise with external auditors and tax consultants.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Monitor cash flow, banking activities, and financial risks.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Support strategic financial planning, cost management, and profitability analysis.
- Mentor and supervise accounting team members nationwide.
- Ensure all accounting activities are in compliance with related laws and regulations.
